Overview of Our Unique Approach to Solving Cases:

  1. At the initial client interview we obtain all relevant facts presently known to the client, then we conduct an investigation of the facts with the assistance of a private investigator.
  2. We then make an assessment of the opposition's position, an assessment of the opposition's counsel, and then determinations where the matter can be filed and what judge would be presiding over the matter.
  3. We provide our clients with a risk/reward analysis.
  4. We then provides our clients with a realistic analysis of the financial impact this case will have on our clients.

We then establishes two (2) courses of action:

    (A) The first course of action is to explore resolving the client's matter through negotiations or mediation.

It is our philosophy that all avenues of negotiation should be exhausted prior to entering into protracted litigation.

    (B) If negotiations cannot resolve the issue, we will then be in a position to use the information obtained during negotiations to initiate full litigation to resolve the client's claim.
