The Law Offices of Petsas and Stephens, LLP, has a unique approach in its practice of law. Mr. Petsas has blended more than forty years of experience starting with his college education at the University of San Francisco, where he had a double major in political science and philosophy. Mr. Petsas has served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer in Vietnam and as a Reserve Officer for more than twenty (20) years, and he is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College. In addition he has worked in an Insurance Defense Firm and as a Deputy District Attorney prior to establishing his own law office.
Mr. Stephens’ brings a strong mathematical and analytical background to the firm. His time and training at the Office of the State Public Defender, where the need for full and accurate evidence gathering and story telling could not be more crucial, refined his talent to gather evidence and win hearts.
Together, Mr. Petsas and Mr. Stephens employ in their practice of law the belief in accurate intelligence gathering, full preparation, and providing clients with realistic problem solving alternatives. Our military and analytical backgrounds, as well as our training and experience as a trial lawyers, is used in the evaluation of every new client case.
